Join Northern Kentucky Young Professionals (NKYP) for our quarterly Lunchtime Leader Chat! In January, we welcome Prysmian COO, Paul Furtado to discuss his career journey, share insights into his success and offer advice to young professionals.

Paul Furtado is the head of Operations for Prysmian North America. Paul holds his Master of Business Administration from Western New England University. Since 1994, he has covered various leadership roles increasing in scale and accountability within manufacturing operations. He joined Prysmian after the acquisition of General Cable in 2018 as VP of Manufacturing – T&I and OEM’s. Paul is a seasoned executive with a proven record in operational excellence and strategic leadership. He is a firm believer of continuous improvement and commitment to fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture, where each team member is empowered to excel.
