Description

NKY Chamber member employers, education leaders, and workforce partners are invited to attend an exclusive virtual briefing on Advanced Placement Career Kickstart: Business Principles/Personal Finance, a first-of-its-kind AP course developed by the College Board in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Participants will hear how this course connects directly to employer needs and how businesses can play a key role in shaping and benefiting from it.

As employers continue to face a widening skills gap and a shortage of job-ready talent, this new AP offering helps prepare high school students with foundational knowledge in business and personal finance. These are the real-world competencies essential for success in today’s fast-changing economy and for the long-term vitality of your talent pipeline.

We strongly encourage participation from NKY Chamber member employers, education leaders, and workforce partners. Discover how aligning with this initiative can support both your business goals and our region’s economic growth.
