Topic:  Navigating the Medical Cannabis Landscape
On January 1, 2025 medical cannabis became legalized in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. There are regulations for cannabis businesses and for patients, caregivers, and practitioners. What does this mean for employers? Our experienced panel will share resources and guidelines to navigate the medical cannabis landscape with your workforce from an HR and legal perspective.
